Accountability, on your cadence.

Actionpreneur is built around one habit: showing up, on schedule, to plan out loud with people who will ask what happened to last time’s plan. Daily check-ins, weekly resets, monthly reviews, and quarterly resets run at once, for as long as you’re building.

Four clocks, running at once

Different problems need different rhythms. Actionpreneur runs all four together, so you’re never more than a day from a nudge, and never more than a quarter from a gut check on the bigger plan.

Daily

7 sessions fill a week

A fast momentum check. It runs every day, so a stalled plan doesn't get to quietly die before the week is out.

Weekly

4 sessions fill a month

Plan the week ahead, and account for the one behind you — out loud, in front of the group.

Monthly

3 sessions fill a quarter

Step back from the week-to-week grind. Review the month, reset what the next one is for.

Quarterly

4 sessions fill a year

Zoom all the way out, to the plan behind the plan — the one daily work tends to hide.

What happens in a session

Set the target

Before each session, you name the one thing you're aiming for — specific enough that it's obvious later whether you hit it.

Say it out loud

You walk the group through what happened: what you did, what stuck, what you quietly let slide.

Get held to it

The next session opens with last time's plan on the table, not a blank page. Nothing gets to be forgotten.

How you join

There’s no self-serve checkout. Every member is vetted by a person before they ever see a schedule — on purpose.

  1. 01

    Trial request

Tell us where you're at and what you're building.

  2. 02

    Team review

We look at fit before we look at the calendar.

  3. 03

    Discovery call

A real conversation about whether this is the right fit for you — not a sales pitch.

  4. 04

    Orientation

You get set up on your cadences and meet your first session.

How Google Calendar fits in

Every cadence session needs a slot on a calendar. When an admin connects a Google account in Settings, Actionpreneur uses the Google Calendar API to keep that calendar in sync with the schedule — nothing more.

  • Calendar events

Create, update, and cancel the calendar event for each session, and add members as guests so they get an invite and a reminder.

  • Account email

Confirm which Google account is connected, so the right admin sees it in Settings.

Only one Google account is connected at a time — the organizer account sessions are scheduled from. We only ever touch the events Actionpreneur itself creates for your sessions; we don’t read your existing calendar, and we don’t request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or anything else. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Consistency compounds. Everything else is details.
